Empowering Black youth means equipping them with the knowledge, resources, and platforms to advocate for themselves and shape the future they want to see. It means recognizing that talent and ambition exist in every community, but opportunity is not always distributed equally. True empowerment is about removing barriers, expanding access, and ensuring Black youth are not only prepared to enter spaces of leadership but are also confident enough to redefine those spaces.
