Empowering Black youth means creating the space, access, and belief necessary for them to see themselves as limitless. It's not just about providing resources. It's about reshaping narratives, dismantling barriers, and showing young Black men and women that leadership, innovation, and excellence already exist within them. Empowerment is when mentorship, education, and representation intersect to turn potential into purpose. For me, it's a lifelong commitment to lifting as I climb and building bridges of opportunity so that the next generation doesn't have to cross the same waters alone.
