It means giving space for others to learn for themselves. A lot of the time we listen to other generations on what we should do, like they have all the answers. However providing the information in which black youth can use at the disposal to create their own story within whatever career they choose, allows them to have total control and confidence in themselves because they're the ones actively bringing their dreams to life.
